Creative Cartooning Ages 7-13
1 1/2 hr. Sessions Tuesday 1/10/12-3/6/12 4:00-5:30PM $345
In this ever-popular cartooning class with cartoonist Doug Barron, students are challenged to stretch themselves visually in transforming simple shapes into unique characters through various drawing techniques. Once they're confident with basics, we throw out the rules and have FUN creating original cartoon people and animals, as well as making greeting cards and comic books.
While most of the class is structured each week, a good portion is then left to the student to draw what THEY want to draw, with help from the teacher. All new sessions have new challenging and fun projects good for new or returning students!
